Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rsvpleads.com (the "Site") and your interactions with RSVP Marketing ("RSVP," "we," "us," or "our") through it, including booking a fit call. By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. The Site is intended for owners, general managers, and staff of independent, US-based, wedding-led banquet halls evaluating our Tour-Fill System — it is not directed at consumers.
What the Site is
The Site is informational and promotional: it describes RSVP's Tour-Fill System, including the current 30-day founding pilot at a $0 RSVP management fee (the venue covers its own advertising spend and tools), and lets you schedule a 15-minute fit call to discuss whether the pilot is a fit for your venue. Nothing on the Site is an offer that creates a binding service agreement by itself — the specific commercial terms of any pilot or ongoing engagement (pricing, deliverables, success criteria, and responsibilities) are set out in a separate written agreement between RSVP and your venue.
No guaranteed results
RSVP does not guarantee any specific number of leads, inquiries, tours, tour show rate, or booked weddings, and results are not promised or implied by anything on this Site. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, ad account history, offer, pricing, seasonality, and how quickly your team follows up. Any success criteria for a pilot are agreed with you in writing before the pilot begins, and evaluated against those specific, agreed terms — not against generic promises made on this Site.
Eligibility
The founding pilot described on this Site is intended for independently owned or owner/GM-led, US-based banquet halls for which weddings are a meaningful part of revenue. We may decline to work with any business, and may end a conversation or pilot discussion, at our discretion.
Booking a fit call
Fit calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling platform, LeadConnector, embedded on this Site. Your use of that booking widget is also subject to that provider's own applicable terms. We aim to honor confirmed booking times but may need to reschedule with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information when booking a call, or using it to violate any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, and other content are owned by RSVP Marketing or its licensors. You may view and share pages of the Site for your own evaluation of the Tour-Fill System, but may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose the Site's content for any other commercial use without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSVP Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information on it. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update the Site, the pilot program described on it, or these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we change these Terms. A separate written pilot or service agreement, once signed, is governed by its own terms and is not automatically changed by an update to this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RSVP Marketing is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This page is a plain-language general terms page for a marketing website and is not a substitute for legal advice or for the written agreement that governs any actual pilot or paid engagement. RSVP Marketing recommends this page — including the governing-law clause and business details — be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before relying on it.
