Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
RSVP Marketing ("RSVP," "we," "us," or "our") operates rsvpleads.com (the "Site") and provides marketing and lead-qualification services to independent, wedding-led banquet halls (the "Tour-Fill System"). This policy explains what information we collect when a venue owner or representative visits the Site or books a fit call, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Site and to the information you give us in the course of evaluating or running a pilot — it is not a consumer privacy policy for wedding guests, couples, or the general public.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly — such as your name, business email, phone number, venue name, and any details you share when you book a fit call through our scheduling widget, or when you email us.
- Information collected automatically — such as pages viewed, general device and browser information, and marketing attribution data (for example, which link or ad campaign brought you to the Site). We store this attribution information temporarily in your browser's session storage so that if you book a call, we can tell which marketing channel it came from.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm, or reschedule a fit call;
- Evaluate whether your venue is a fit for the founding pilot and, if applicable, communicate about the pilot and any ongoing engagement;
- Understand, in aggregate, which pages and marketing channels are effective, so we can improve the Site; and
- Meet our own legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating RSVP Marketing and the Tour-Fill System pilot.
Booking and scheduling
Fit calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling platform, LeadConnector, embedded on this Site. When you use the booking widget, information you enter is also received and processed by that provider under its own privacy terms, which we encourage you to review. We only use the scheduling information you submit to prepare for and follow up on your fit call.
Cookies and similar technology
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded scheduling widget may set cookies or use local storage needed for it to function, under its own provider's policies. We may use standard, privacy-respecting website analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns; these tools do not receive the contents of anything you type into a form.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Site and the pilot (for example, our scheduling and communications tools), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RSVP Marketing or others.
Data retention
We keep information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate an active pilot or engagement, and satisfy legitimate business, accounting, or legal needs. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time — see "Your choices" below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@rsvpleads.com. We will respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.
Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the Site change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
